Logging in for Online Services

My Account

My Account includes access to the list of Items Checked Out, Renewing KU Items, Request Information, Retrieve from Shelf, Recalls, and Fines and Fees information.

KU students, faculty, staff, and affiliates may log in to My Account with their KU Online ID and Password or with the 8-digit barcode from the KU Card and last name.

KU Library Borrower Card users log in to My Account with the 8-digit barcode from the borrower card and last name.

KU Medical Center students, faculty, and staff may log in to My Account with their barcode and last name. The barcode will normally be the one that appears on the new KU Med hangtags issued in 2008.

Proxy Cards

Individuals with Proxy Cards should log in to My Account with the six-digit Proxy Card barcode number and the sponsor’s last name.
