Copying and Printing
Photocopiers
One black and white photocopier is available, which accepts cash (dollar bills, nickels, dimes and quarters) or the KU Card. Letter and legal size copies cost $.08 with a KU online ID or $.10 with cash. Ledger size copies cost $.16 with the KU card, or $.20 with cash. Value can be added to the KU card online or at cash-to-card machines located in Watson Library and the Kansas Union. Printing
Two networked laser printers are available for printing from most of the library workstations, one black-and-white and one color. The charge for black-and-white printing is $.08 per print, and the charge for color laser printing is $.48 per print. Users must be logged on to a library workstation with a KU Online ID and have sufficient funds on their KU cards to print from the laser printers. Value can be added to the KU card online or at cash-to-card machines located in Watson Library and the Kansas Union. A stand-alone laser printer is available at one Express workstation to allow users to print a few pages without charge if they lack a KU Online ID.
Microform Reader-Printer
A Minolta MS-6000 reader-printer is available for viewing and making copies from microfilm and microfiche. The reader-printer is located in the room across from the women's restroom. Printing is free.
