Doug Bandow will give a presentation on, "Protecting the Environment Through Free Markets. Mr. Bandow holds a J.D. from Stanford and is now a Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute. Mr. Bandow writes regularly for publications such as Fortune magazine, National Interest, Wall Street Journal, and Washington Times, and he has been a regular commentator on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, FNC, and MSNBC. KU Law professor Uma Outka will be providing commentary.
