Description The video archive includes all programming from the three C-SPAN's networks. Programming includes coverage for Congressional session 1987-present and has special indexing by person with full text transcripts. The C-SPAN Congressional Chronicle is an index to the C-SPAN video recordings of the House and Senate floor proceedings. The video recordings are matched with the text of the Congressional Record as soon as the Record is available. Other access points include: subject, speaker names, titles, affiliations, sponsors, committees, categories, formats, policy groups, keywords, location, congressional calendar and programming date/time.
