KU Libraries Service Quality Survey - We Want Your Input!

April 17, 2009

Recently the Libraries sent an email message to the campus asking for assistance in assessing the quality of our library services by filling out a Web-based survey. *

If you have already filled out the survey, thank you!  If not, we ask you to take a few minutes to go to the URL below and help us in this important endeavor by answering a few questions. Only you can tell us how well we are serving your library needs!

Click on https://www.aims.ku.edu/cgi-bin/libqual.shtml to authenticate with your online ID and password and gain access to the survey. We estimate it will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please respond by April 24.

If you have any difficulty in accessing or taking the survey, please contact us via email at libsurvey@ku.edu.

Many thanks for participating in this important project. Your opinion matters!
