KU Libraries: WebRetrieve to be unavailable on Wednesday, August 6 from 8 am to noon.
The WebRetrieve Interlibrary Loan system will be unavailable on Wednesday, August 6 from 8 am to noon.
At this time, Resource Sharing and Delivery Services will be switching the authentication method for WebRetrieve to use the KU Online ID. KU Library proxy patrons will still enter their proxy number and sponsor last name to access WebRetrieve.
Also during the week of August 6, completed WebRetrieve requests will be archived. WebRetrieve will then hold only active requests and any requests completed from July 1, 2007 to the present.
