Reference help is available for patrons at all times that the library is open, but more extensive help can be provided between 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Reference questions may also be submitted by e-mail through the Ask a Librarian service or by e-mailing the Librarian, Susan Craig: scraig@ku.edu
