GIS and Data Lab
KU Libraries GIS and Data Lab supports data-related (geospatial, numeric, statistical) class projects, teaching and research at KU. The Lab has seven powerful workstations, most with two monitors. Software installed on the workstations includes the following:
- ArcGIS (ArcMap, ArcInfo Workstation)
- GoogleEarth Pro
We are located on the 4th floor of Watson Library in room 425, which is the sunroom across from the main staircase. You can drop in and use the Lab whenever we are open (see our Hours). You can also set up a consultation with a staff member, and/or contact us with your GIS questions.
