  • Archie Bray Foundation for the Ceramic Arts A public, nonprofit, educational institution in Helena, MT. whose primary mission is to provide an environment that stimulates creative work in ceramics. Offers artists' residencies, exhibitions, classes and an online gallery.
  • Behance This social media platform owned by Adobe aims to showcase and discover creative work. Its job board has global listings in a variety of creative fields from furniture design and film to branding and art direction.
  • Book Arts Web Provides links to a large selection of book arts related sites on the web, including educational opportunities, professional organizations, tutorials, reference materials, and galleries with images.
  • Crafts Council Hub The British Crafts Council has launched an online research hub with various craft research links and resources. Bringing together research reports, blogs, conference proceedings and online discussion groups with links to academic research centres and major public sector research agencies, the hub is set to become a significant resource for contemporary craft research in the UK.
  • Design Observer A website devoted to a range of design topics including graphic design, social innovation, urbanism, popular culture, and criticism.
  • Designboom Milan based resource covering the fields of art, design and architecture since 1999. Offers snapshot reports from international design shows, architecture and art exhibitions; interviews and portraits of the protagonists in the contemporary creative scene; design history and in-depth information on the creators of design classics. Designboom also organizes international design competitions, offers non-academic design online education courses, sponsors markets, and has an online shop.
  • Dexigner Online portal for designers, architects, illustrators, engineers, artists, and creatives of all kinds. Founded in 2001 in New York, Dexigner publishes the latest design news, events, competitions, books, and resources
  • Digital Library for the Decorative Arts and Material Culture Collects and creates electronic resources for study and research of the decorative arts, with a particular focus on Early America. Included are electronic texts and journals, image databases, and information on organizations, museums and research facilities. Made possible by the Chipstone Foundation, the site was created and is maintained at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Libraries.
  • Dmitry's Design Lab Tutorials written by Dmitry Kirsanov, an author and designer, on basic concepts and issues of design such as color, fonts, shape, texture, dynamism, website navigation, and logo design.
  • International Interior Design Association Knowledge Center The Research section includes links to full texts of articles on interior design that are searchable by topic, by client type, or by resource type.   • Studio Pottery UK A British site linking potters, galleries and collectors with a shared enthusiasm for Studio Ceramics. Includes sections on exhibitions, galleries, potters' profiles, events, and education.
  • A unique online encyclopedia that contains everything about symbols, signs, flags and glyphs arranged by categories such as culture, country, religion, and more. Search by category, alphabetically or by keywords.
