KU Libraries to host panel on embracing activism

Thursday, April 13, 2017

KU Libraries are hosting a panel in the Students as Scholars Series entitled “Embracing Activism” on Thursday, April 20 from 5-6:30 p.m. in Anschutz Library. This panel is an opportunity for KU students and faculty to join in an engaged scholarly discussion surrounding the power of activism, including their own activism and resulting research.

The Students as Scholars Series highlights the research and creative work of student scholars. Events feature interdisciplinary scholarly research and activities at KU and urge students to recognize their role in the scholarly conversation. The series allows connections across disciplines, increasing the visibility of student scholarship at KU.
