The Center for Research Methods and Data Analysis (CRMDA), located on the 4th floor of Watson Library, offers open hours for statistical consulting. Open Consulting is for researchers and students at all levels.  Please feel welcome with novice questions as well as highly complex ones.

GIS & Data Lab

The GIS & Data Lab assists the KU community with many types of digital data, including geospatial, quantitative, tabular, and textual data. We can help you collect, organize, analyze, and visualize your data, and with access to related software and tools. We are located on the 4th floor of Watson Library in room 425, the sunroom across from the main staircase.

Drop in and use the Lab whenever Watson is open. You can also contact us with questions and/or to set up a consultation with a staff member. Many of the powerful computers have two monitors, and allow users to use software and data that is not likely installed on personal or other public computers. This includes:
