Awaiting ALA ProcessingThe lending library requires a special form to be completed either; online, emailed, mailed or faxed to them. Library staff is processing the form.
Awaiting Customer ContactThe requested material has arrived and is ready for pickup. The patron is being notified.
Awaiting Conditional ProcessingA potential lending library has replied to your request, seeking more information. Library staff is responding.
Awaiting Copyright ClearanceLibrary staff is reviewing an article request to determine if copyright fees must be paid.
Awaiting Extensive SearchingAn initial search for the material you requested has been unsuccessful. Library staff is continuing the search.
Awaiting Post Receipt ProcessingThe requested material has arrived, but not yet ready for pickup.
Awaiting RAPID Request SendingThe article request has been sent to potential lenders for quick turnaround.
Awaiting Request ProcessingYour request has been submitted. Library staff will review your request for any problems. Requests are processed in the order in which they are received through WebRetrieve.
Awaiting Return Label ProcessingThe item has been returned to KU Libraries and is waiting for return processing by library staff.
Awaiting Unfilled ProcessingYour request has not been filled by potential lending libraries. Library staff is trying other sources. This process may take several days.
Cancelled by CustomerThe request has been cancelled by the patron.
Cancelled by ILL StaffThe request was cancelled by library staff and an email of this cancellation has been sent. The reason for cancellation is noted in the email and within the patron's WebRetrieve account.
Checked Out to CustomerThe item has arrived, been processed by library staff, checked out to the patron, and being sent to pick up location.
Delivered to WebThe received item has been processed and is available through the patron's WebRetrieve account for viewing or downloading.
In Electronic Delivery ProcessingThe article has arrived and is being processed for delivery to the web. The patron will be notified shortly.
In Print QueueThe item has arrived and been partially processed by library staff. It is awaiting the printing of the item identification slip.
Awaiting Return Label PrintingThe item has been returned by the patron, checked in, and is awaiting the printing of the return address label.
In TransitThe request has been returned to a circulation point and is in transit to KU Libraries for return processing.
Request FinishedThe request has been successfully processed and completed.
Request SentLibrary staff has forwarded your request to potential lending libraries. Library staff is waiting for responses from these libraries indicating if they will fill your request.
See KU Online Catalog MyAccountThe item has arrived, been processed by library staff and the patron has been notified by e-mail.
