Address Changes

The Libraries’ primary method of communication with library borrowers is by email.  Please keep your email and postal mailing addresses up to date with the University and with the library. 

KU Students, Faculty, Staff, and Affiliates, Lawrence/Edwards Campus

KU students, faculty, staff, and authorized affiliates may update their email addresses through KU Information Technology Accounts.  

KU students may update postal mailing addresses through Enroll & Pay (Student Center > Personal Information > Addresses). 

KU faculty, staff, and authorized affiliates should update departmental and home addresses through their designated Human Resources staff member.

KU Medical Center Students, Faculty, and Staff

KU Medical Center students may update their email addresses through KU Information Technology Accounts.

KU Medical Center students may update postal mailing addresses through Enroll & Pay (Student Center > Personal Information > Addresses).

For the purposes of library use on the Lawrence and Edwards campuses, KU Medical Center faculty and staff may update their email and postal mailing addressed by contacting the Circulation Business Office in person at the Watson Library Service Desk (8 a.m.—5 p.m., Monday—Friday), by phone at 785-864-4715, or via email at libfines@ku.edu.
