KU Libraries Associate Dean Hanrath named a 2023-34 ARL Leadership Fellow


The Association of Research Libraries (ARL) has named Scott Hanrath, KU Libraries Associate Dean of Research and Engagement, a 2023-24 Leadership Fellow. The ARL program for senior and executive leaders includes a 13-month hybrid experience.

Hanrath was one of 20 fellows selected from a pool of library leaders from across the United States and Canada. His 16-year career with KU Libraries includes service as Interim Co-Dean of Libraries in 2022-2023, and previous roles of Assistant Dean of Digital Initiatives and Discovery Services, and Director of Libraries Integrated Technology Services.
