Brooke Harris

Brooke Harris began working for the University of Kansas in 2021. Before joining the Libraries in October 2023, Harris was previously with the School of Business, supporting the Leadership Team as Executive Assistant to the Dean. Prior to working at KU, She was an Executive Assistant at McFarlane Aviation, a local aerospace and aviation engineering and manufacturing firm. From 2016 to 2019, she provided marketing and leadership support as a Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at Smart Warehousing. Harris was also a Business Development Contractor for Bad Rhino Studios, a Kansas City Unreal Engine development studio that develops and provides enterprise, educational, and entertainment programs for clients, from 2018 to 2019.  She is the owner of BLAH Artistry (formerly Brooke Dockins Artistry) and is an artist, designer, and photographer providing a breadth of design and fine-art solutions to clients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her corgi “boys,” being out in nature, working on a puzzle, reading, or working on her latest art piece.
