Address Changes

The Libraries’ primary method of communication with library borrowers is by email.  Please keep your email and postal mailing addresses up to date with the University and with the library. 

KU Students, Faculty, Staff, and Affiliates, Lawrence/Edwards Campus

KU students, faculty, staff, and affiliates may update their email addresses through KU Information Technology Accounts.  

KU students may update postal mailing addresses through Enroll & Pay (Main Menu > Enroll & Pay > Campus Personal Information > Addresses). 

KU faculty, staff, and affiliates should update departmental and home addresses through their designated Human Resources staff member.

KU Medical Center Students, Faculty, and Staff

KU Medical Center students may update their email addresses through KU Information Technology Accounts.

KU Medical Center students may update postal mailing addresses through Enroll & Pay (Main Menu > Enroll & Pay > Campus Personal Information > Addresses).

For the purposes of library use on the Lawrence campus, KU Medical Center faculty and staff may update their email and postal mailing addresses by contacting the Circulation Business Office with an email message to libfines@ku.edu.

KU Library Borrower Card Patrons

KU Library Borrower Card holders may update their email and postal mailing addresses by contacting the Circulation Business Office with an email message to libfines@ku.edu.
