Acceptable Use Policy

Use by members of the University of Kansas community of these images is permitted only in strict adherence to the following specific guidelines.

• These images are provided exclusively for use within the context of University of Kansas history of art courses, using textbooks written by Marilyn Stokstad, that are currently in session.
• Faculty, staff, and students enrolled in those courses, may display and print the images without limitation as long as such activities are strictly limited to course-related purposes. The images are not to be shared with, or made available in any way (for example, through another web page) to anyone who is not currently teaching or enrolled in a KU course for which Marilyn Stokstad is the textbook author.
• These images may not be used for preparation of any publication, scholarly or otherwise, or for any purpose other than teaching or research within the context of current KU history of art courses for which the textbook author is Marilyn Stokstad.
• These images may not be transferred to electronic storage devices, such as hard drives or flash media, for any future use, or for use outside the acceptable context as described above.
