KU Libraries faculty and staff collaborate with faculty, instructional staff, and other campus groups to ensure that students develop the information literacy skills they need to become efficient, effective, and fluent users and producers of information. To request a consultation or library instruction assistance, please submit a Library Instruction Request Form before the start of the semester, or at least two weeks prior to your desired instruction time.

KU Libraries faculty and staff advise and assist faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates in sharing their research in print and digital forms. Our staff are knowledgeable in the areas of copyright and author's rights, scholarly impact, and open access. KU Libraries also hosts KU ScholarWorks—the institutional repository of the University of Kansas—and an array of online scholarly journals.
