Dean's Award for Student Employee Excellence

At KU Libraries, our student employees are essential to maintaining our services, collections and operations, and the Dean's Award for Student Employee Excellence is one way to recognize the dedication and quality service they provide.
This $500 award will be presented to two student employees at the student appreciation event in May. Members of the KU Libraries Board of Advocates will select the winners.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Full-time KU Libraries staff and faculty may submit nominations.
  • It is very important that nominators make a strong, persuasive and clear case for their candidates in the nomination form.
  • Only nominations for individual student employees will be accepted.

Please complete the online webform to submit a nomination. DASEE award nominations are to be completed by Friday, April 5, at 5 p.m.
